New Plan Names!

We changed the way we talk about our pet insurance to make it even easier to understand. Now we use levels instead of plan names. But don't worry – we haven't changed anything about your coverage, except the way we refer to it.

Level 1 = Safety Plan
Level 2 = Primary Plan
Level 3 = Advantage Plan
Level 4 = Premier Plan

Levels 2, 3, and 4 are available with our inexpensive Continuing Care option, which offers extra protection for long-term or chronic conditions. You can add Continuing Care at renewal by calling us at 1-866-204-6764. If you have our Sterling Plan, your coverage will be continued as Enduring Care.
