Get Treatment

Go to ANY licensed veterinarian in the US or Canada and pay for the services. This supports a direct relationship between you and your veterinarian, and means you don't have to worry about co-pays.

File a Claim

Fill out our simple 1-page claim form. You can fax, email, or mail it to us along with your receipts. Our contact information is right at the top of the form.

Get Reimbursed

You'll get back 80% of allowable covered charges after you meet a low $100 annual deductible, per pet. You can track the status of your claims easily online at our Member Center.

We work hard to process our pet insurance claims quickly, but turnaround time can vary depending on how many claims we're working on. We review every claim thoroughly.
