There are no administrative fees or costs passed to your company, and you can offer this
benefit at any time. Our experienced sales and service team will be available to field all questions.
Using Our Plans.
Pet parents can choose from 4 increasing levels of protection starting with accident then adding illness, essential wellness care, and deluxe wellness care coverage. They can also add extra protection for ongoing conditions.
Our customers can take their pets to ANY veterinarian in the US or Canada. They pay for the services at the time of the visit, and then submit our simple 1-page claim form with your receipts.
We work hard to reimburse customers quickly. Our pet insurance reimburses 80% of
allowable covered charges after a low $100 annual deductible, per pet. Allowable covered charges
are covered costs considered reasonable for your geographic area. We use available
veterinary fee information and proprietary data to determine fair reasonable costs.
This benefit is fully portable if an employee leaves the company.
