    Go to any licensed veterinarian in the US or Canada and pay for services. This way, you have a direct relationship with your veterinarian.

  • File a Claim

    Fill out our simple 1-page claim form. You can fax, email, or mail it to us with your receipts.

  • Get Reimbursed

    You'll get back 80% of usual and customary covered charges after you meet a low $100 annual deductible per pet.

About Our Coverage

  • Levels of Coverage

    We offer 4 increasing levels of protection – accident, illness, wellness, and wellness plus – as well as optional coverage for ongoing conditions.

  • Reimbursement

    We reimburse 80% of usual and customary covered charges. Other providers use a benefit schedule, which pays a set amount regardless of cost.

  • Annual Deductible

    Our low $100 deductible only needs to be met once a year per pet. Other providers have higher or per incident deductibles.

Shasta's Story

My golden puppy Shasta decided to eat the new box of heartworm preventative one night while I napped. Several months later, he was curious about mothballs a neighbor put in her yard to keep away pests and decided to eat some of those too.
