You can also email, fax, or mail a claim using the claim form. Print and fill it out, and then send it to us with your itemized invoice.
We work hard to reimburse you as quickly as possible. We generally complete claims in 30 days or less.
You’ll receive email notifications as your claim is being processed, but you can also track it along the way in the Member Center.
If you chose to add preventive care coverage to your plan, it covers a list of services with set annual reimbursement amounts. Claims for covered preventive services can be submitted the same way as other claims. You can view all the details about your preventive care coverage in your policy by visiting the Member Center.
If you don’t have preventive care coverage, you can add it when your plan renews for a low additional cost.
Log into the Member Center and click "Pets." Then, click "View Policy Details," and you’ll be able to download a copy of your policy. Your policy will tell you exactly what is and isn’t covered in your plan.
Our base plan coverage starts on the 15th day after the policy effective date, and coverage for Preventive Care starts the day after the policy effective date.
Yes. You can add as many pets to your account as you’d like. When you have two or more pets on your account, you’ll get a 10 percent discount on each premium but the highest premium, which will remain full price.

Your insurance can be used for treatment at any licensed veterinary clinic in the U.S. or Canada, including treatment from specialists and emergency care facilities.
If you signed up for direct deposit, your reimbursements will be transferred right to your bank account. Otherwise, we will mail your reimbursement checks.
You can switch to direct deposit or update your direct deposit account information at any time. Just log into the Member Center, click "Claims," and then go to the "Direct Deposit" tab.
No, there is no limit for claim submissions. Just be sure to submit your claims within 270 days of your pet’s visit to the vet.
To update your contact information, log into the Member Center and click "Account Information." Then, just fill in your new contact information and save your changes.
Yes. It’s called the My Pet Insurance app. It allows you to quickly access the Member Center features anytime, anywhere. Simply open the app to submit and track claims, sign up for direct deposit, locate a vet clinic, and more.
