I could not be any happier with their service! I purchased a plan at 9pm and the accident coverage was active at midnight... then the absolute worst happened and my newly adopted Italian Greyhound puppy broke his leg at 1am :-( The timing couldn't have been any better because I rushed him to the 24-hour emergency clinic and then had corrective surgery the following day.

The bills totaled almost $2000, but ASPCA processed my claim in a little under 4 weeks. I am extremely thankful for their coverage and I honestly don't know how I could have afforded it without them. Thank you, thank you, thank you, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!!!! :-)
