Ericka joins Crum and Forster with a diverse background in the hospitality, veterinary and senior living industries. She is passionate about animal rights and rescue and hopes there will be a home for every homeless animal one day. Ericka was born and raised on Long Island in New York and now resides in Belmont Shore, California with her family and their two cats, Ashes and Clouds. Her neighborhood is one where everybody knows each other through each other's pets. Ericka has gone through training and is capable of setting up a makeshift animal shelter in the event of a disaster. She enjoys laughing, reading, cooking, gardening, traveling, live performances and going to the beach. Her favorite vacation spot is Cozumel, Mexico but says there is no place like home with family and their four-legged children.

Tina joined the company in 2017 after spending 17 years in the human pharmaceutical industry and previous to that, 5 years as a microbiologist. She is loving the veterinary industry and is grateful for the vet and vet staff’s commitment to the health of our pets. Tina is mom to two 2-legged children: Mason, 15 and Kagan, 13 as well as a four-legged friend, Nikko.

Gina has been with the company since 2012. Before that, she spent 15 years in the human pharmaceutical industry. Gina is currently active on the Board of Directors for VetPartners, CATalyst Council and Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary.

She shares her life with horses Stardust, Magic and Blues Clues, and cats Sergio, Grayson, Leo, Po and Charlotte.

Jaclyn has been at the company for over 13 years. She has an extensive background in animal health and is a second-year Veterinary Technician student. She’s also a licensed insurance agent and adjuster in multiple states.

She loves to spend time with her cats Raisin, Jetta, Ranger, Kaya, and Allie along with her rescued special-needs Macaws Chicken and Lexi.

Michele has been with the company since 2010. Before joining us, she worked in the corporate world, including a role at GE Capital.

She shares her life with her Main Coon Cats Melo and Murphy.

Kathleen has been with the company since 2012. She’s worked in the veterinary industry for over 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a pre-veterinary concentration in Equine Science and Facility Management.

She spends her free time with her horse Beamer, and cats Bella and Ghost Kitty.

Devin joined our company in 2013. Before that, he worked in the veterinary industry for 22 years.

He has two dogs, a Miniature Schnauzer named Lexi and a Kerri Blue named Luna.

I was born and raised in Central Michigan. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in Communications and a Minor in Business Management. For most of my career I have worked in pharmaceutical marketing. I have four cats that I rescued. I volunteer with a German Shepherd rescue and foster dogs until they get adopted.

Michelle joined the company in 2014 in the MD/DC/VA territory and moved to the beautiful WA/OR market in 2018. She is a nurse, trained animal rescue worker and also enjoys spending time as a nature and wildlife photographer.

Her house is busy with 5 rescue cats named Oliver, Odyn, Ozwald, Otto, and Osker.

Sal started working at our company in 2014. He’s been working in the veterinary industry for over 4 years.

He was a loving pet parent to a Maltipoo named Marzipan….R.I.P….he now is owned by another Maltipoo named Luna-tic.

Renee came on board in 2014. She has worked in the veterinary industry for more than 10 years.

She likes to spend time with her creatively named cats Tanner Simone and Spankford G.

Cindy has relocated to South Florida, where she happily lives with her family of 2 Senior rescue Pomeranians, 2 rescue cats and 8 Red Earred Sliders. She loves when her 2 children, Vienna and Gerard frequently visit and enjoys her new life in paradise!

Michelle is passionate about animals and helping to keep them healthy! She was previously a veterinary assistant for five years and has a bachelor's degree in Zoology with a pre-veterinary focus from Kent State University. She has experience training veterinary staff and looks forward to helping all of her clinics understand the benefits of recommending pet insurance to their clients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Paisley, and her pony, Gypsy!

Chris has been in the Veterinary Industry for almost 11 years. Chris has an active puggle named Star and a rescue cat named Hector. In Chris’s free time, he enjoys live music, Frisbee Golf, and traveling to new places.

Amanda worked as a veterinary technician for over 10 years before joining the team in 2017. Her years of working in general practice and emergency/specialty medicine has made her an advocate for pet insurance. She knows first hand the benefit to the pet, the owner, and the clinic.

When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family. The whole family has a great passion for animals, but especially horses. They share their home with two dogs, four cats, a bird, and can often been found hanging out at the barn.

Melissa has a passion for animal welfare and has always wanted to find a job where she could positively impact animals. She joined our team in 2020 because she believes that pet health insurance is a way to make a positive impact on the lives of pets as well as their owners. She was born and raised in Scranton, PA where she grew up around her family's many horses, cats and the most loving dog, Dandy.

I have worked at Crum & Forster Pet Insurance group since 2010. I share my free time with friends and family. I have two kids Ryleigh and Norah. I have 2 dogs named Baron and Ralphie. Pets are my passion!

Meagan has been with Crum and Forster Pet Insurance Group since 2012. She first started in our Contact Center before ultimately joining the Vet Team. She is happily married to her husband Nathan and has a Pitbull named Mildred, a Chocolate Lab mix named Duncan, and a Sun Conure named Indy. Her hobbies include refurbishing furniture, photography, and hiking with her dogs.

Tina is a native to the bay area. Her hobbies include hiking adventures, fostering dogs, and checking out new restaurants. Tina has worked in the veterinary hospital for over 15 years and it was through this experience that she realized that pet health insurance is the number one solution to help pet owners become the best pet owner possible! Tina loves her job because "it gives me the unique opportunity to connect with the veterinary staff." If she were to choose any dog breed to be, it would be a French Bulldog because they are so outgoing, energetic and friendly.
